Gerry, who has been with the SFB since it's inception, brings with him more than 32 years in both local and overseas academic and commercial construction experience. He has worked for commercial contractors in New Mexico and Arizona as Project Manager on a wide variety of projects. He has a New Mexico Contractor's License and a Master of Science in Construction Management. He served as a Board member for the Associated General Contractors, New Mexico Branch for several years. He is also affiliated with and has served the American Society of Professional Estimators, American Institute of Concrete, and is a member of the American Institute of Constructors.

Sameer Pandey

Sameer Pandey is a graduate of Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture. He has been with the School Facilities Board since April of 2002, and has worked in various capacities in Finance, Project Management and building energy efficiency. He is a LEED-AP, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and an associate member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.

Intergovernmental & Tribal Liaison

Ron is currently the Intergovernmental and Tribal Liaison, as well as the principal author of the SFB's report to the Governor, "Building 21st Century Schools: Ensuring Innovative School Facilities for the Digital Age."  Prior to coming to the SFB, Ron served as Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Real Estate and was director of design and construction for a private development company in Scottsdale for 13 years.  He came to Arizona from Colorado where he worked for a number of architectural firms, and held numerous elected and appointed positions at the state and local levels.  He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in architecture.  Ron is currently very active in a number of civic organizations in Phoenix.
