Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Mr. Arnold was the Deputy Director of Finance for the School Facilities Board. In this position, he oversaw all financial information, reviewed and approved all expenditures, maintained the project budgets, and tracked total project costs. Before joining the School Facilities Board, he was the Education Manager in the Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting responsible for all K-12 and higher education budgets. John has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science degrees in Accounting (Taxation) and Public Management from Brigham Young University.
