David Kennon,
As Executive Director of the School Facilities Board, I invoke the authority delegated to me by the Board to award Building Renewal Grant funding for a deficiency correction** in the amount of (not to exceed) $1,592 which includes a $145 contingency in response to the district’s request to repair an EMS controller serving the locker room in Building 1005 located at Casa Grande Union High, Vista Grande High School. Building 1005 has 44,339SF with 1,914SF of excluded space (27%) which requires a District contribution of $532.
